. . . a health care discipline which emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without drugs or surgery. The practice of Chiropractic focuses on the relationship between structure (primarily the spine) and function (as coordinated by the nervous system) and how that relationship affects the preservation and restoration of health. In addition, Doctors of Chiropractic recognize the value and responsibility of working in cooperation with other health care providers when in the best interest of the patient."
This may include Chiropracgtic “Adjustments”: Controlled and directed pressure to the vertebrae and other joints to restore a more normal position and motion. When the spinal function improves then the nervous system function (health) can improve too. The adjustment may be a gentle trust by hand, or quick, gentle thrust with an instrument called an Activator or Arthrostim.
The treatment may also require additional adjunctive physiotherapy. Heat, Ice, Spinal Decompression - Traction by machines, Electro-stimulation & Ultrasound may also be applied.
In some cases lifestyle changes will be recommended, such as improved nutrition and specific exercises.
Herbology may be used to re-balance the body. Treatment is tailored to the specific needs of adults, infants, pregnant women, children & seniors.

Homeopathy is a safe, gentle, and natural system of healing that works with your body to relieve symptoms, restore itself, and improve your overall health. It is extremely safe to use, even with very small children and pets, has none of the side effects of many traditional medications, is very affordable, is made from natural substances, and is FDA regulated.
Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites--commonly referred to as acupuncture points, or acupoints. The most common method used to stimulate acupoints is the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin. Pressure, heat, or electrical stimulation may further enhance the effects. Other acupoint stimulation techniques include: manual massage, moxibustion or heat therapy, cupping, and the application of topical herbal.
Many are unfamiliar with this practice, which utilizes acupressure rather than acupuncture. Small metal beads, or Vaccaria seeds, are pressed into the corresponding pressure points, and a piece of adhesive tape is applied over so that they are held in place. This allows the wearer to receive continuous benefits for days at a time, and you can even press on the bead to reactivate it during this time.
